Marketing mode

Each license includes in its subscription:

• Use of the Atoo-Sync connector for the number of profiles associated with the license.

• 1 Profile corresponds to 1 User, 1 URL of an online store, and 1 Commercial Management database.

• Access to connector updates.

• Technical support via our online support: https://my.atoo-next.net/

• Technical support via remote access and phone.

Note: Technical support does not include installation or training for the connector.

Annual License Sales Mode

The software usage agreement issued by the company "ATOO NEXT" is set for a duration of one (1) year, starting from the date of purchase after confirmation of payment registration.Therefore, the Client will have the right to use the software for a temporary period of one year (Software usage license for one year, with updates available during this one-year period at no additional cost).At least one month before the end of the contract term, the Client may renew their contract for a new period of one (1) year online from their "ATOO NEXT" customer area at the following address: https://my.atoo-next.net.If the Client does not renew their contract by the end of the one-year term following the aforementioned procedures, the Client acknowledges that they have been warned by "ATOO NEXT" that failure to renew the contract upon its expiration will result in the company remotely disabling the Client's use of the software (making it impossible for the Client to use the software if the contract has not been renewed).In the event of contract renewal for a new one-year period, the Client agrees to pay the renewal fee to the Seller under the terms outlined below.Failure to pay the renewal fee will also result in "ATOO NEXT" remotely disabling the Client's use of the software.

Monthly License Sales Mode with Automatic Renewal

The software usage agreement issued by the company "ATOO NEXT" is set for a duration of one (1) month, starting from the date of purchase after confirmation of payment registration.Therefore, the Client will have the right to use the software for a temporary period of one (1) month (Software usage license for one month, with updates available during this one-month period at no additional cost).At the subscription's expiration date, the contract will be automatically renewed for a further one (1) month. The credit card will be charged on the first day of renewal. The contract is non-binding, and the Client can cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription at any time from their "ATOO NEXT" customer area at the following address: https://my.atoo-next.net.The Client can update the credit card information used for subscription payment. In the event of a payment error, the subscription will be canceled, and "ATOO NEXT" will remotely disable the Client's use of the software.

Usage Limitation of Atoo-Sync GesCom Software under a Monthly Subscription:

The Atoo-Sync GesCom software only allows the creation of orders in the commercial management software that were made during the subscription period.For example: For a monthly subscription starting on September 15, the Atoo-Sync GesCom software will only be able to create orders in the ERP for the "online store" with an order or invoice date between September 15 and October 15.
