Annual License use :
The contract for the use of the software published by the company "ATOO NEXT" is fixed for a period of one (1) year, from the date of purchase after confirmation of the registration of the settlement. Therefore, the Client will benefit from the right to use the software for a temporary period of one year (License to use the software for one year, with software update available for that one year, at no additional cost). At least one month before the term of the contract, the Customer will be able to renew his contract for a further period of one (1) year, online, from his customer space "ATOO NEXT" in the following address: https://my.atoo-next.net. In the absence of the Client's renewal of his contract at the end of the one-year term and following the above terms, the Customer acknowledges that he has been warned by the company "ATOO NEXT" that the non-renewal of the contract at maturity will lead to the remote shutdown by the company "ATOO NEXT" of the use of the software. In the event of a renewal of the contract for a new period of one (1) year, the Customer agrees to pay the price of that renewal to the Seller under the following conditions. If the Customer does not pay for his new contract, this will also lead to the remote shutdown by the company "ATOO NEXT" of the use of the software by the Customer.
Monthly license with tacit renewal
The contract for use of the software published by the company "ATOO NEXT" is fixed for a duration of one (1) month, from the date of purchase after confirmation of the registration of the settlement. Therefore, the Customer will benefit from the right to use the software for a temporary period of one (1) month (Licence to use the software for a period of one (1) month, with software update available for that duration of one (1) month, at no additional cost).
